PharmacyAssist was established in 2007 after consultation with Pharmacists and Assessors with the idea of assisting pharmacies with their Quality Care and implementation of fully customised operations manuals. Over the past 14 years we have successfully completed over 400 Quality Care Assessments. Under different Quality Care Versions and now under the Quality Care 2020 Program.
We work in partnership with our pharmacies by assisting and guiding them through the implementation and ongoing processes of Quality Care 2020. Our goal is to ensure that the correct and current information is provided to our stores to assist in a seamless pharmacy accreditation process and ongoing assistance to aid in compliance.
We work with both independent pharmacies and banner pharmacy groups where we offer practical information and advice that is both easy to understand and fits within the environment of each pharmacy.
By engaging PharmacyAssist, our focus is too free up valuable pharmacy’s staff time which enables the pharmacy to continue with the focus on their customers and the pharmacies needs. Our aim is to simplify methods to make any arising issues withing the pharmacy easier to manage now and into the future by having a long-term relationship with pharmacy staff.
We take our responsibility of working successfully with pharmacies with the upmost professionalism and ensure that all information that is declared to PharmacyAssist is kept within the strictest confidence.
