About Pharmacy Assist

Pharmacy Assist works in partnership with pharmacies by assisting and guiding them through the implementation process of Quality care. Our goal is to ensure that the practical and current information that is provided, that ensures the pharmacies accreditation process is seamless.
We work with both independent pharmacies and banner pharmacy groups where we offer practical information and advice that is both easy to understand and fits within the environment of each pharmacy.

Meet Our Team

By engaging Pharmacy Assist, our focus is too free up valuable pharmacy’s staff time which enables the pharmacy to continue with the focus on their customers and needs. Our aim is to simplify methods to make any arising issues within the pharmacy easier to manage now and into the future by having a long-term relationship with pharmacy staff.

We take our responsibility of working successfully with pharmacies with the upmost professionalism and ensure that all information that is declared to us is kept within the strictest confidence.

Since 2007, Pharmacy Assist have successfully completed over 400 Quality Care assessments for pharmacies.

Pharmacy Assist’s goal is to keep community pharmacy within the community.

Yasmin Wiltshire

Owner

Yasmin has over 35 years of extensive experience within the retail pharmacy and management roles. With a strong retail and customer service background, Yasmin has worked in many different areas within the pharmacy industry which brings a wealth of knowledge and insight into the processes needed to help pharmacists and their staff with the implementation of Quality Care.

Tamara Wharton

Consultant

Tamara has over 25 years of retail, merchandising and head office experience within the pharmacy and administration industry and still has a passion for health & wellbeing and wanting to assist pharmacies to reach their full potential. Tamara successfully completed external study and obtained a diploma of Project Management and diploma of Graphic Design.

Samantha Wiltshire

Officee Administrator

Samantha has a combined 11 years of both community retail pharmacy and administration experience.  This wealth of experience and knowledge is pivotal for Pharmacy Assist as Samantha is instrumental in maintaining policies & procedures, internal systems, and structure of all our clients. 
Samantha has successfully completed a certificate 3 in Business Administration.
